About the atelier
Maison Gems makes jewellery to order. You describe a piece, we draw it with you, and then people at a bench make that object out of metal and stone.
What we actually do
Everything here is made for one person and one order. There is no stock, no rail of finished pieces, and nothing on this site existed before somebody asked for it. That is why a quote takes reading rather than a calculator, and why a piece takes weeks rather than a delivery slot.
Where the AI stops
We use a model to draw. It is very good at showing you what you meant and very bad at knowing what a setting can hold. So the drawing is never the last word: a jeweller reads the design for manufacturability, corrects what cannot be made, and shows you what changed before you pay for it. The piece is made to a production model a person approved.
How we talk about it
We would rather tell you a date is impossible than take a deposit and apologise later. These pages describe what the platform does, not what it might one day do — and where something is decided by a person rather than by the system, they say so.
Talking to us
For anything about an order you have already placed, the chat on that order is the fastest route: it reaches the people making the piece, and what is said there stays attached to the order.
